Placing an Order
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart & check out link to proceed to the check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password.

Ordering
There is no minimum or maximum order. No Shipping or Sales Tax.

Shopping
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

Shipping
We ship in a zip file via email. Download a sample zip package, by clicking here.

Your privacy is important to us!
Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for your convenience, and to process our orders only.
The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.

The materials ("Materials") may be used for creating and selling limited print publications as specified only. Notice is given that the original images may contain invisible digitally embedded watermarks, bearing author, copyright information, date, source or other tracking information.

Licensing & Usage
All paid orders grant you a specified, limited printing edition, license of use only. The original design, copyright ownership, and all rights (past, present, and future) remain with the creator, myDoodle.com. Copyright ownership cannot, or will not be offered for purchase or transfer, at any time.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold myDoodle.com harmless from, and against, any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of this site or anything offered on, from, or through this site.
myDoodle.com makes no warranty of fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatibility with any computer or any other kind of equipment.
myDoodle.com will not be responsible for the printing, or print quality, saving or saved quality, or any damage that occurs to any file in any transfer process. Any and all complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days.

Liability
All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall myDoodle be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use this website, graphics, files, downloads or any and all material contained or presented herein.
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Use of myDoodle materials
You may download the licensed image in only one computer. Images may not be shared or resold in the form of clipart, webart, or any digital file or form. Your sellable products can be in print form only, limited to the specified amount offered. You may not duplicate (or allow anyone else to duplicate) in any form, any of the images. You may not rent, transfer, distribute or grant any rights in any form, to any person. You may not use in any form of fraudulent, pornographic, defamatory, immoral, infringing or illegal material, the determination of which is left to the sole discretion of myDoodle.com. If additional use is needed, it may be granted for a small fee, but if in doubt, please contact myDoodle for permission.

Notification
Failure to comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in automatic termination of all license rights. Copyright infringers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The copyright laws of the United States will govern this Agreement. If you have any questions regarding this Licensing Agreement or General Terms and Conditions set forth, please contact us in writing.

Maybe you simply need text added to your graphic. Whether a single illustration, or a complete custom line, I would love the opportunity to bring your ideas to life!

All of my work is 100% original mouse drawn graphic art. After looking at my illustrations, you will see that I have my own unique style. I use a simple colorful colorbook style drawing. Most of my drawings are vector work produced in Illustrator and Photoshop.

Many of my clients say they recognize my work immediately. And the reason I am telling you this is because you will either like my style, or you wont. If you do, I am sure I can custom draw something that will please you! But if you don't~ please do not place an order with me, because no matter how many of your own thoughts and ideas you give me, it will not change my style ~and you will not like the final drawing. I don't mean to be rude, I just don't want to waste your time.

How does custom illustration work?
I will draw any simple idea that you want. Just give me an idea and as much time as I need ~to be inspired to draw, and I will "doodlize" it. (That is your suggestion ~drawn in my style.) I don't make revisions. I don't make changes. No exceptions. Once it is drawn, I consider it an original piece of art and if you don't like it "as-is", someone else will, or I will use it myself.

What is the cost?
No money up front, at least not at this point. I will doodlize your idea and show you a sample. If you like it, I will charge $50 per illustration (or character drawing) (read my terms) and I will deliver a web size graphic to you, by email. If you have questions please ask. My terms are fairly simple. I give you license to use it for personal or commercial projects, as long as your projects are tangible and produced for your business to sell. Most single characters are $50, for example if you ask for a girl holding flowers. However if you ask for 3 girls, holding flowers, standing by a house with dog and a fence that is MORE than a simple character illustration, and that is not what I like to do. If I do draw a scene, the cost will reflect that, and it will be quoted before you are billed.

How long does it take?
That's the funny thing about art, it is moody. Sometimes I have an instant vision or inspiration, and I can draw right away. Other times I have to think about it for a few days, before I "get the mood". And it often happens that I am in the middle of something else, totally unrelated (like sleeping or cooking), and I have to drop everything, and make the drawing. And sometimes I just can't do it, no matter how much I try. I don't know why, but that's the way it works for me.
