What is mydoodle?

mydoodle is your number one destination for beautiful, personalised greetings cards & stunning, impactful wall art. You can design your own or choose from our user generated gallery of images and designs. If you're a budding artist, photographer, doodler, crafter or designer you can add your own design & make money as others use your work.

Why should I join mydoodle?

Can I change my log in details?

Yes, just go to My Account > My Details. Here you can change your password and login email address

How do I stop being a member of mydoodle?

We hope you won't want to do this!!
Go to My Account > My Details. Click on the tab "Close my account."

Where does mydoodle deliver to?

At present we only deliver to the UK.

What are the delivery costs?

All delivery costs are included in the product price - there are no hidden extras with mydoodle.

How are cards sent?

Cards are sent via Royal Mail, next day delivery, as long as orders are received by 2pm

How is wall art sent?

Wall art is sent via courier and can be tracked via a tracking number that will be sent to you by email when the product leaves the warehouse. All wall art is sent "next day delivery"

Can I have a card sent to my home, with a blank envelope for me to use when I send the card on?

Yes, you have the choice when adding the address to have your card sent to you in a stiff back envelope with a blank envelope included or to be sent straight to the recipient

Can I track my order?

Wall art orders can be tracked, and you will be emailed details for this, cards are sent on next day delivery so shouldn't need to be tracked.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the nature of the print-on-demand and user-generated/personalised products, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable, so make sure you preview your product before checking out.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

I have a complaint about my order - who should I contact?

We hope you won't ever need to! But, support@mydoodle.com are on hand to deal with all your queries.

I want to use my own image what file formats do you accept?

we accept .jpg, .png and .gif

What size should my images be?

Generally, at mydoodle we like high resolution, original files. If your image is too small to cover the product you can enlarge it using the zoom tool. You will be alerted if you enlarge the image beyond the quality control zone and therefore compromise your product quality.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay using a credit card, or alternatively using your prepay credit.

What are credits?

Credits are an easy way to pay for all the products on mydoodle. Just upload your account with a minimum of £5 and then use the credit to pay for your purchases. This saves time entering your credit card detail each time you order. You can see your balance in your account as soon as log in to mydoodle. It is shown in the top banner along side your account details. If you are logged in you can top up your credit by going to My Account > My Credits

What is the minimum credits I can purchase?

£5 is the minimum top up and there is no maximum!

How do I know how much credit I have?

Your balance shows in the top menu when you login to mydoodle

How do credits work?

If you have credits when you checkout this will automatically be used to pay for your products. No entering card details - just a quick and simple checkout process. Your balance will automatically be debited and your will see your new current balance displayed at the top of the page. If you do not have enough credits to pay for all of your order, you will be asked to pay the balance by credit card.

I want to spend some time creating a card, and know that I need to come back to it to edit it several times, where can I find it?

All your creations will be stored under your account. Just click on My Account, and then choose My Projects. From here you can edit and send your card to the cart for checking out.
